A new poll is up and we at TTRS figured some of the choices may need some explanation. 

Suffocating in ash - takes a long time to die. Very agonizing. According to the TTRS pain/death/execution expert, it can take several hours, during the whole time it feels like you are suffocating

Disembowelment - getting your guts ripped out, basically

We started this little random blog on April 16th, 2014. In the few weeks since then, we've posted about LEGO Yetis, weird fish (and deadly fish), Gandalf, John Green's hair, He-Man, Nerd Vocab, German pageviews, acronyms, creepy pig GIFs, and a whole lot more. Thanks to everyone who read and supported The Totally Random Site. We look forward to providing you with more awesome funny stuff, videos, GIFs, facts, and... well basically just more general randomness! 

German pageviews and blog updates

It seems TTRS has received some traffic from outside the US: 2 page views from Germany, 2 from the Phillipines, and 1 from the Netherlands. This is pretty cool actually. Thanks to whoever the heck is out there reading TTRS, and if you're in Germany could you send us some pretzels? Thanks. 

I'd also like to take the opportunity to point out some new stuff here at The Totally Random Site. As always, our tags and archive can be found on the righthand side. We also have a poll (vote for one of our four most prolific authors!), a "random post" button, and some funny quotes that change each time you visit. Also, be sure to visit our totally random fish pond... click to sprinkle food.
