A brief story

so yesterday my brothers and I were filming a movie about "exploring the dark and dangerous forests of southern maine" and one of my brothers threw half a rotten pineapple at me and then tripped over it

it was amazing

this happened

so Nick and I just had a conversation about the Paraguayan War in the mid 1860s in which 90% of male Paraguayans died because their president declared war on the three much more powerful surrounding countries (Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay) JUST BECAUSE HE FELT LIKE IT

yep that happened

UPDATE:  apparently the leader declared war so he could prove that he was an expert military tactician. (he wasn't)

The fish of death

It seems drawing and carving a fish can actually be rather difficult \ .So far i have almost slit my wrist and cut into my finger several times. ...all for this lake trout that just stares aimlessly at me.

 sometimes I wonder why I even bother with art...

UPDATE: I have actaully now succeeded in slicing my thumb open (I cut some of my nail off too) GOOD TO GET THAT OVER WITH
